HOW IT WORKS

Every process has its own shape. The same four pieces.

Every process is built from four pieces: Record, Organize, Review and Close. What changes is how many you use, in what order and with which rules. A purchase, a leave request or a hire look different but read the same way.

  1. Record

    Someone starts the request with the information needed.

  2. Organize

    The work is assigned and moves forward with clear owners.

  3. Review

    The right person approves, returns or asks for changes.

  4. Close

    The process ends and everything is on the record.

  1. Purchase request (First version): Purchase requested, Approver decides, Recorded. How it works today: whoever needs something asks, the approver decides, and it's on the record.
  2. Purchase with a condition (Coming soon): Purchase requested, Quotes gathered, Over the limit?, Management approves, Received. If the amount passes the limit your company sets, management approves; otherwise it goes straight through.
  3. Leave and time off (Coming soon): Days requested, Manager approves, Recorded. A different process built from the same pieces, without coding.
  4. Quote (Coming soon): Quote, Work, Delivery, Payment. Four steps, one after another, with an owner for each.
  5. Hiring (Planned): Job posted, Interview, Skills test, Offer approved, First day. Two steps at the same time, and the process continues when both finish.
  6. Customer complaint (Planned): Complaint arrives, Handled, Fix reviewed, Customer notified, Goes to management. If the deadline passes without a fix, the case goes up to management.

How much does it cost?

We haven't published prices yet. During early access we agree terms directly with each company.

What does it do today, and what comes later?

Today: purchase requests with approval, roles and a decision history. Later: your own processes, rules, more process types and the rest of the “What's coming” section.

What language is it in?

The product's first version is in Spanish only. English is on our roadmap. This site is in Spanish and English.

Do you use artificial intelligence?

Not in the first version. It's in our plans as an assistant, always within the rules each company defines.
